With over 12 years of personal training experience, based in the heart of the New Forest National Park, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and abilities – from those looking for weight loss, to athletes training for sport-specific performance, as well as individuals aiming to improve their general fitness, strength, wellbeing, and rehabilitation after injury.
I believe that exercise is about far more than the physical results. Training builds not just strength in the body, but also resilience in the mind and balance in emotional wellbeing. My ethos is rooted in outdoor training – harnessing the benefits of nature to create a positive, holistic approach to fitness.
