Hi, I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, based in the beautiful New Forest. I am so excited to now be offering individualised online coaching to help you reach your fitness goals—wherever you are in the world.
 

My approach goes beyond just physical transformation. I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools for mental and emotional wellbeing. Inspired by the strength and beauty of the New Forest, I encourage a mindset where fitness supports not just your body, but your mind and overall lifestyle.
 

I work with a variety of clients with specific goals from rehab to off horse Equestrian fitness for on horse performance.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve your sport-specific performance, or focus on women’s fitness,  I’ll create a fully personalised plan to support your journey.

We'll meet via video call to talk through your goals, current routine, lifestyle and any barriers you’re facing. This is about building a plan that fits you.

 

✅ 3 Weekly Training Sessions
Delivered via an easy-to-use app, each session is tailored to your goals—whether that’s fat loss, strength, performance or rehab. Programmes are updated regularly based on your progress.

 

✅ Nutrition Analysis & Personalised Plan
No fad diets—just clear, sustainable guidance built around your needs and preferences.

 

✅ Ongoing Support
Stay connected and supported with direct WhatsApp and email access to me, so you're never on your journey alone.

 

✅ Monthly Online Progress Check-In
We’ll review how you're doing, celebrate your wins, and make any needed adjustments to keep you moving forward.
