Hello

I'm Marie

I’m a mum to two children, Grace and Hugo, and we live in the New Forest with our two  ponies – Pebbles and Jimmy. Like many of the women I train, life is busy, full, and mostly spent juggling family, work and trying to grab some fresh air whenever possible.

Movement has always been part of my world. I ride, I run, I walk, and I’ve grown up knowing how much better life feels when your body is working with you, not against you. But I also understand how that relationship changes over time – what worked in your twenties doesn’t always serve you in your forties and beyond.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years, and my approach has naturally evolved alongside my own life and body. I know what it’s like to want to feel strong and capable without feeling broken or exhausted afterwards. My training is about consistency, confidence and enjoying movement again – in a way that fits real lives and real bodies.

If you’re someone who loves being active, values expert guidance and wants training that feels supportive rather than shouty, you’ll feel very at home here.
